Hi Here are few tips to idenity the objects:

1.Open UFT first and then the browser

2.Load all Relevant wed Add-ins 

3. Make sure BHO manager 
(http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13586606/how-to-install-the-bhomanager-class-add-on-in-ie)
 
is installed on IE

4. Disable "protected mode" in IE 
(http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/ht/protectmodeie7.htm)

5. Set user account control settings to the lowest restricted settings

6. set Browser Zoom to 100%

7. Make sure that all the UFT patches installed
