Couple of points: 1. Check if any antivirus software kills QTP execution.
2. You might have tries this, If not please try, - Open a command prompt (Start > Run > type “cmd” > “Ok”) - Navigate to “/bin” directory (for example: “cd C:\Program Files\HP\QuickTest Professional”) - Run the following command:*nt_tr.exe -remove* - Reboot the machine. 3. Check your VM Settings, Does it has enough memory? Does it go in sleep mode when user don't do any manual action ? Also, you can share the logs. Hope that helps.
