Thanks to Satish Kadali, Muralidharan But after searching in web, i came to know that its a BUG in QTP11+QC11. i got the info from the experts like "joe Colantonio" & "Ankur Jain" from their sites. They only told that we need to install some patch QTP_00733. For this we need to contact HP.
