As you have done earlier please do again following steps - Uninstall UFT, and delete all registry file. change user control account setting -->This should be always set on never notify like below attached snapshot [image: Inline image 1] Again install UFT and add required add-ins
Fisrt launch the UFT then start the browser. I hope this will be resolved your problem. Thanks...
