1. Make sure UFT is closed! 2. Take backup/rename the file C:\Windows\SysWOW64\pdm.dll 3. Open the folder C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer 4. Copy pdm.dll and paste them in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 5. Open cmd as Administrator and execute following command line *regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\pdm.dll* 6. Reboot the machine
