Hmm, unfortunately I have to confirm this. Since yesterday I'm experiencing frequent upload errors with Windows beta 4. It always starts with Error 500, then followed by Error 412 (good old predcondition failed), which is probably just because the referring node or way was not uploaded. Shouldn't the upload be stopped at all if an error occurred, at least if related steps are affected? It doesn't make much sense to continue uploading move or join commands if the previous create node did fail... I just downgraded to Windows beta3 and I see the same problems. I never had upload problems during the days before with beta4, so I assume that this is not a Merkaartor problem but a server problem. At the moment you have to be careful when uploading fails. Even trying again successfully doesn't give the desired results, because the job order is incorrect.
