How exactly does resolve all relations work? When I download a small (z18) part of Vienna it downloads ways from the whole town. The strange thing here is, I can't see how those ways are referenced in the small area I've initially downloaded. They do intersect some relations (outside my initial bounding box) and may share some nodes, but I don't care about that. To be more precise the area I'm downloading contains a subway relation. So I would expect that one relation to be resolved. This is done perfectly. But I get *all* subways of Vienna when I download this small area[0]. So does it resolve all relations of relations recursively? That would at least explain the amount of data loaded. I did not find any relations like "Subway system of Vienna" which contains all subway lines. But even if there were, I'd expect "resolve all relations" to resolve all relations in my initial area and stop afterwards. If there are relations of relations I'd suggest to add an option how often relations should be resolved. thanks for your work, Norbert [0] http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lon=16.35306806093606&lat=48.23152158536314&zoom=18 _______________________________________________ Merkaartor mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/merkaartor
