Sorry this version was compiled without Exiv2, because I just wanted to be
sure that everything works with a minimal configuration. The next step is to
add Exiv2 and GDAL support. I use these to libraries from MacPorts, and as
such they depend on their own version of some of the system provided
libraries (like libz, libiconv, libintl etc.) and the first step would be to
make sure that if I replace them with system (with install_name_change) they
don't stop working or crash. GDAL is a beast that depends on multiple
libraries so I have to find some free time to sort out all of the
dependencies and replace them (otool and install_name_change). As soon as I
get it done I will post an update.

Can you open a trac ticket for this bug? And for those other usability
issues.
