Good to know.  I didn't know if it was an issue with the app not
triggering a new WMS request, or a timeout.  I thought that maybe some
sort of extent threshold wasn't being met so a new request wasn't
being made.

The WMS that I use is reasonable fast (for a WMS server).  If there is
any way to increase the timeout limit without affecting performance, I
would recommend doing so.
