I've been trying to upload change sets, but the upload sits waiting for a response from the server for an awfully long time.
If I cancel the dialog, I get this response. There was an error uploading this request (200) Server message is 'OK' If I go into Potlatch, I can see that my latest changeset was uploaded at 43 minutes after the hour (looking at 58 minutes after the hour), and can see the information (ways and nodes) in edit mode. It looks like Merkaartor is waiting for a response which is different than what the server is sending. Did some change take place in the server response recently? This used to take a few minutes, and then Merkaartor was happy. Now it seems to sit for ever.
