renaming .xml works
i tried some other possibilities but they weren't ok
this camera is the casio exilim ex-h20g
with gps on and the camera off it records a point each minute
with gps and the camera on it records a point each 10 secs
a firmware upgrade allows export as kml onto the sd card
gps positioning accuracy is reasonable, supplemented by an in-camera INS
the INS isn't particularly good
but as a tracking and recording device it is good. Expect other
manufacturers to do even better over the next couple of years.
