I can't imagine someone with malicious intentions posting that to the public. Keep in mind that US West was on strike until a little while ago. There were so many complaints (at least hundreds, maybe thousands) that the gov't began an investigation last week. While I did not file any formal complaints, I was very close to. (I've been without a phone line for a month. They had originally quoted me two months. But today they "installed" my line, even though I had to go outside with a screwdriver and finish the job myself.) Anyone smell a scapegoat for "slow service"?
