I'm seeing a lot of posts which boil down to a couple things:
(1) People complaining that people are taking too long, and
(2) People commenting (complaining?) about ranking.

I think we need to take a step back and ask ourselves, why are 
we participating in this?  Is ranking really that big of a deal?
Yea, its nice to see how you're doing relative to others, but
for a project which has its focus on using _spare_ CPU cycles,
it should be secondary.  I find it much more satisfying when I
finish a LL computation (of which I've finished 2 since I've
been working on them) than when I watch rankings go up and down.
