Mersenne: Version 17.0

Hi all,

        Today I uploaded the port of version 17.0 for Linux, Windows 3.1, and
Windows NT Service.  Visit http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm to download
the new version.  

        Version 17.0 supports double-checking of results previously
generated by prime95.  You only need to download this new version if
you want to do double-checking.  

        Also, a bug in ECM factoring of some composite exponents was fixed.
