I suggest that you do what I do for another no-email GIMPS member: use
the manual checkin & reservation page of PrimeNet. I created an
account for him with my email address and a name of 'His Name c/o Will
Edgington'; that way, I get the email warnings about exponents timing
out but I can also download a status report with only his data on it
and put it on a diskette (along with the new version of Prime95 this
time) to USMail to him.
