US citizens, if the NSA is "wasting" computer time on such a scale
instead of employing it "usefully" monitoring phone lines, decoding
messages etc. etc. then I suggest you approach your elected
representatives & ask them to instigate an enquiry into the funding
of the NSA.
Either they *know*, or they don't. Scott, perhaps you should add a
clause to the PrimeNet contest rules disqualifying NSA employees (and
their families) in case they try to capitalize on their knowledge?
My guess is that the tale is a figment of someone's overactive
imagination.
