Hi Will,
CRL actually bounces mail from rogue sites and well-known net-abusers. To
my deep regret, they give false reasons, and I told what I think about it
in my Usenet post on 8/5/97. However, Mr. Derbyshire is unlikely not know
about this problem and whether my address is real. Not only he used in
past to repost messages which he received from this address, among 336
hits yielded by
