OK, I've seen several people state this, and I feel that it needs to be
corrected.

'Presumed Innocent' actually applies only to _criminal_ proceedings.  Civil
cases hold both parties to a neutral standard and non-legal areas are free
to presume whatever they like.

Now, having said that, I see no reason for anyone to delete the checks
already done.  The information is perfectly valid.
