Especially if they choose to go with a civil case, which would be likely here, as they say "The presupposition of innocence doesn't hold". I still agree much of the posts here are taking things too much for given. On the other hand, they've been relatively nice as far as I can see, since for example the GIMPS server machines, which they would be entitled to by many grounds, weren't confiscated.
