I have a question about porcessor upgrades for a laptop - at home I run Prime95 on an Acer Extensa 600-series laptop, which came with a 120MHz Pentium, and has been running overclocked (with extra cooling fan) at 180MHz for the past year without problems. My question is, what is the fastest processor I could install on the same motherboard - am I at the limit already? And, is there a reasonably inexpensive way to upgrade the MB if that is needed to install a faster CPU?
