True, also Pkzip 2.04g (I don't know about WinZip) had the ability
to span a zip archive across floppy disks. Even on a LL test of
33mil would take up under 3 floppies. (This wouldn't be reasonable
for large networks, but it would be easily achievable for the home
user...)
