Ermmm. Isn't that value closer to 2, actually? :-)
I thought (without checking) that the value of pi was something like:
4/1+4/3-4/5+4/7-4/9+4/11-4/13...
At least it involved 4 in some way, and alternate pluses and minuses.
Anybody with a little more experience, please step in and clarify :-)
