I hope Larry will finish these exponents off. As others have pointed out
he will be the first to complete the test and the person who was later
assigned the exponent will end up doing a double-check.
I've asked Scott to change the server to not reassign these big exponents.
With tens of thousands of 10 million digit Mersenne numbers using the
same FFT size, we may as well assign new exponents and guarantee
Larry's situation does not occur again.
