prime95 should be faster and it supports b1 up to 4 billion.

The readme.txt file indicates you need a minimum of FFT size times
192 bytes.  That is, to ECM the 20th Fermat number an FFT size of
64K is used and a minimum of 12MB is needed.

P-1 stage 2 can operate on much less memory - as low as 32 * FFT size
or in the case of the 20th Fermat number,  2MB.

Here you are using a 1792K FFT size.  Times 8 bytes per double equals 
14MB.  Add a little bit of overhead for code and sine/cosine tables and you
get around 16MB.
