In a glass window close at the entrance to the Hall of Fame, should
also be my old 386, running wisely at 20 Mhz. It didn't eally
participate in GIMPS, but it may deserve a place as the member-to-be.
It retired on Febr. last year, leaving me with some black memories of
the days that I couldn't arrange for a new computer.

Originally, it had a disc of 40 MB, which made me thought '40 MB? what
will I ever write on this disc? why do they make such big discs?'

My brother once stated that an old computer is still usefull, because
you can put a nice beatifull cloth on it, and use it as a coffee
table. Myself, when I will be given time from other interests, I will
study the problem of how can you control the christmas tree lamps with
an old computer.
