top.html is George's list, which includes manual submissions but does not
include any results for exponents where factors have been found.

topproducers.shtml is based on PrimeNet automatic notification for results
relating to assignments issued by PrimeNet.

This _sounds_ like you keep turning on "Use PrimeNet" in the Test/PrimeNet
menu, then turn it off again.

What I would suggest is:

(1) rename results.txt to something else (results.old seems reasonable)

(2) turn on "Use PrimeNet" (if it is off at the moment) & leave it turned on

(3) if you have a dial-up connection & don't want automatic dial-out whenever
the client wants to talk to the server, set "Do not contact PrimeNet server
automatically" in Advanced/Manual Communication. Set "Contact now" to
manually connect, send whatever results are available & collect more
assignments if neccessary.
