Well I think that's right ... if you report factoring results to PrimeNet, 
the results get into the database files, so everyone else can see what's 
being done. Unfortunately PrimeNet doesn't understand ECM results.

I do have reservations about running P-1 with B2=100B1. The conventional 
argument says that P-1 is optimal when you spend about as much time in stage 
1 as in stage 2. This implies B2~=30B1 for most exponents.
