Allegro Mesa Bug in BETA version

You forgot to include the header file for Allegro Mesa in your recent Mesa 3.1 Beta 
release. If you can please send me AMESA.H. I think it is awesome that you are using 
Allegro. It will make sure that DJGPP have a great version of Mesa.
