Compiler: MSVC 10.0 (aka Visual Studio C++ 2010)
The error message is different each time, and usually the text is almost
completely garbled, but the scons build on Windows always fails trying to link
arbfslight.exe, complaining about X number of 'unresolved externals' (the
number of them keeps changing from build to build).
For example:
