is causing this regression by dropping the special-casing of the two formats
that differ between DRM fourccs and wl_shm formats.
WL_DRM_FORMAT_XRGB8888 != WL_SHM_FORMAT_XRGB8888
WL_DRM_FORMAT_ARGB8888 != WL_SHM_FORMAT_ARGB8888
