There was no real difference, so I've modified them to use the
brw_send_indirect_surface_message, at the end it just makes sense to
move all scattered_message to the surface_access namespace. Following
the same reasoning.

I've been evaluating this and I've prepared a new version passing al
avaliable bitsizes of the scattered message so we avoid this hardcoded
behaviour. I didn't liked it two much but it was doing the job done.
