Well, yeah, you're right. There's not much point in having a pile of
caps for the same purpose. I'll add PIPE_CAP_GLSL_FEATURE_LEVEL
(== GLSLVersion) then. The D3D shader models and feature levels are
totally useless for expressing OpenGL features, so I can't use those.
