Kingdom Come: Deliverance with DXVK spams console with "failed to fast clear
17". Some grepping shows that this comes from radv_format_pack_clear_color and
corresponds to the VK_FORMAT_R8G8_SNORM format.
This is with latest mesa and llvm, with OLAND GPU.
