Ken, Rob, any chance you could take a quick look at this? I think this is the last change I need in Mesa for GLES2 conformance. (https://gerrit.khronos.org/#/c/2745/ and https://gitlab.khronos.org/Tracker/vk-gl-cts/issues/1278 being my CTS issues)
