The only gpu_shader4 apps I know of are: sauerbraten unigine heaven unigine sanctuary unigine tropics I assume unigine does GL 3.1. So sauer (and wined3d apparently) is all I know of looking for gpu_shader4 only, and they're open-source so they can still make the switch to core GL.
