can confirm changing the string has no effect on intel. only needed for amd.
the glxcmds portion of the patch is still necessary for both. will see if I can
jump in irc and get more input on the patch. Axel Davy since the string change
requirement is amd specific your change may be more viable after all
tested on rx 580, vega 64, and Intel Haswell iGPU
