Yes. AFAICT the VBIOS initializes the register to the 'golden' value,
then the kernel to something else. We should probably fix the latter one
way or another, but meanwhile I really don't think it makes sense for
the radeonsi driver to write 0 to it. :)

I also played around with that a bit. One interesting thing we should keep in mind is that writing 0 actually does seem to work.

The correct golden values do work also, so I think it is a good idea to use them.
