In the commit message, please explain what the patch is tries to accomplish
and how it accomplishes it. Also, each patch should do just one thing.
This patch should be separated into one that does the big refactoring,
and another that adds the new modules.
If this patch is doing what I think it's doing (replacing each module's
Doxyfile with a master Doxyfile), then I like what you're trying to do here.
Also, for a change like this, I suggest that you publish the resultant Doxygen
output somewhere so that developers can examine the resultant change. If you
point me to a branch, then I can automate that for you and publish it to my
freedesktop home directory.
