Hey, not sure why I bothered but for some reason I took a tangent from ARB_gpu_shader_fp64 into fixing softpipe for GL 3.3 first.
This is the results, it also enables AMD_vertex_shader_layer. Some geom shader tests still fail, and I need to do a bit more regression testing, but they seem fine so far here.
