Yes. Basically:
cd 3Dfx
mkdir demos
cvs add -m "demos for 3Dfx/Glide driver" demos
cd demos
cvs add <the files>
cvs commit -m "initial check-in" <the files>
cd ..
cvs commit -m "initial check-in" demos
