GL_LINEAR sampling of 3D textures was broken.  Fixed in src/texture.c


NOTE: when you fix a bug of any significance in the Mesa code, please
make a note of it in the VERSIONS file.  When people upgrade their
copy of Mesa they like to know what's new in each version, including
bug fixes.  Thanks.
