I've found the same over/underflow FP exception on IRIX as Jouk
reported on VMS.  Same function: transform_points3_3d_no_rot_masked()
When I get more time I'll see if I can learn more.

FYI, to catch FP exceptions on IRIX, link with -lfpe and do a
setenv TRAP_FPE "ALL=ABORT"
