If we're going to incorporate the autoconfig changes into Mesa a potential problem is filename collisions. Specifically, autoconfig will make new Makefile files which would overwrite the existing ones. Right? How about I rename the existing Makefile files to Makefile.X11 (since they are meant for Unix/X11)?
