 I was thinking of the config.sub, config.guess, ltconfig, ltmain.sh
 install-sh etc. files of autoconf, which could be moved there, too.
 In the future, Mesa will be (hopefully) based on autoconf, and the
 _scripts_ are certainly not _binary_ code.
