In the GLU library the temporal memory allocated and used to convert incoming and
outgoing image pixels to float are really necessary ?
I'm asking this, because for big images ( 2000x2000) its is quite a lot of memory
for float pixels in gluScaleImage, besides the memory used by the program
to store the original image and the final one.
