I've updated the nested contour code, as my copy of O'Rourke finally arrived today (it's only taken two months or so). The tesswind demo works for the first two polygons, with most of the winding rules. I have to separate the labelling of inside/outside from the winding number calculation, but now that the winding number is being calculated correctly (and efficiently) this will be easy.
