Just a quick note to let everyone know I'm nearing completion of the new
tessellation clipping stuff.  It works correctly in all non-intersecting
cases (a good initial test), and I'm just moving my combine-callback
code across now which will make the intersecting contours work as well. 
Once the new vertices are added correctly, we should be basically done.

I'll commit my initial stuff as soon as the combine callback is in, and
then keep testing the different cases to make sure all the winding rules
are being handled correctly.
