New tessdemo is in on the 3.2 branch.  Should be a trivial merge to the
3.3 branch.

I've sorted out some of the vertex insertion issues, including the
boundary intersection case I described before (essentially where an
intersection occurs before the intersection table is built).  The last
thing that needs to be fixed is to sort out the horizontal edges, as
they aren't appearing in the AET at the moment.  I'll resolve this issue
tommorrow, as it will basically make all the demos work correctly.

Once this happens, I'd feel comfortable that the code is done for a
3.1/3.2 release.  The core triangulation has been basically stable for
six months, and this new winding rule/polygon clipping stuff is working
out nicely.
