I fought with the fog block for quite a while. I had something like five
or six attempts to get all combos of (fog coord, vertex fog, fragment
fog) and (SW TCL, HW TCL) working with GL_EXT_fog_coord, and never quite
got it. I think osiris has it working now, but I'm wary of enabling it
still, and I, for one, will *not* be using it in r300g unless it becomes
absolutely necessary for more performance.
