We should do the forwarding in the opposite direction. I.e., instead of
forwarding http://incubator.apache.org/mesos/ to mesosproject.org, we will
forward mesosproject.org to http://incubator.apache.org/mesos/.
I'm working on this now, per instructions and guidelines at
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/sites.html and
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/branding.html.
